NEIL D. BRASLOW
Neil D. Braslow is the Owner and Managing Partner of Braslow Legal, where he specializes in business law, intellectual property, sports and entertainment law, and employment law. He regularly advises individuals and organizations in Florida and New Jersey on a wide range of legal matters.
Neil's professional journey includes experience at a First Amendment law firm, where he counseled clients on complex business issues related to entertainment, intellectual property, internet, and gaming law. He also practiced at an administrative law firm in New Jersey, handling municipal, regulatory, and transactional law matters for emergency service organizations and non-profit entities. His experience extends to serving as General Counsel for both a construction company and a hospitality company, providing corporate guidance on various issues.
Neil’s legal career began with foundational roles in sports and entertainment, including working with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he developed a pre-fight drug testing program. His early experience also includes roles with the Florida Panthers and the Central Florida Sports Commission.
Neil earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida in 2009. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center in 2012. In addition to his legal practice, Neil is an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida and a member of the Florida Bar's Entertainment, Arts, & Sports Law Section.

RICHARD M. BRASLOW
Richard M. Braslow is Of Counsel at Braslow Legal, where he focuses his practice on administrative, municipal, regulatory, and transactional law matters. He primarily represents fire companies, fire districts, first aid squads, and non-profit entities. Richard regularly advises fire districts and emergency medical technicians on business and operations compliance issues, and he serves as counsel to the New Jersey State Association of Fire Districts.
Richard's legal career includes extensive experience in handling complex matters involving fire districts and emergency services organizations. His deep knowledge of the unique challenges faced by these entities allows him to provide tailored legal guidance that ensures compliance and operational efficiency.
Richard earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University in 1973. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Western New England Law School in 1977.
